Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering and scheduling.
• Assume store responsibilities in Store Manager’s absence.
• Guide employees and customers across departments as needed.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics and expenses to aid profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure department responsibilities and standards are met.
• Maintain inventory movement updates and customer trend awareness.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote merchandise and services.
• Follow all company policies and procedures per manuals.
