Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail environment, ideally footwear/apparel.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with initiative to take on tasks without prompting.
• Team player with a focus on customer service and selling merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling the assets and operations of the store.
• Help establish action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Act as the Store Manager in their absence and supervise staff as needed.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers in all departments.
• Ensure inventory, sales statistics, and expenses support profitability.
