Job summary

This role acts as an ambassador to create a unique customer experience. As a Manager in Training, you may assume supervisory duties in the Store Manager’s absence and contribute to profitability across departments.

• Experience in retail, ideally footwear and athletic apparel.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling store assets and operations.
• Collaborate with Store Manager on action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Step in as acting supervisor in the Store Manager’s absence.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure department responsibilities and standards are met.
• Keep Store Manager informed about inventory movement and customer trends.
• Maintain high-quality customer service per manuals and policies.
• Assist in administrative duties and Store Manager responsibilities.
• Deliver extraordinary customer service during peak periods and promote services and merchandise.
