Buckle in Anchorage, AK is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to lead daily store operations and deliver a superior shopping experience for guests. You will work directly with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, recruit teammates, and train staff while assuming store leadership in the manager's absence.

Key duties include merchandising, cashiering, and ensuring clean, inviting store presentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail leadership or assistant management is preferred.
• Ability to train and motivate teammates and manage store operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Lead and motivate the team to meet sales and guest-service goals.
• Assist in training Teammates and act as Store Manager in absence.
