• Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates through hiring, training, mentoring, and assigning duties.
• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders to support plans and initiatives and improve staffing and performance.
• Lead and develop teams through feedback, coaching, and effective communication of store operations and company direction.
• Ensure compliance with policies, drive financial performance, manage P&L, and optimize merchandise presentation and shrink control.
