Qualifications

• Requires 2 years of college or equivalent, or 1 year retail + 1 year supervisory experience, or 2 years general work + 1 year supervisory experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership preferred via Live Better U and Bellevue University.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams through training and feedback to improve performance.
• Models exceptional customer service using Walmart One Best Way (OBW) standards.
• Drives store financials by reviewing P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates and promotes a culture of belonging.
• Ensures compliance with policies and ethics while supporting Walmart's mission and values.
