Qualifications

2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Training may be required.

Responsibilities

Recruit and develop qualified associates to meet staffing needs and growth.
Coordinate job-related activities by building relationships with stakeholders.
Support plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs.
Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates, mentoring and recognizing performance.
Ensure compliance with policies, ethics and Open Door policy.
