• Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store teams by hiring, training and mentoring associates.
• Drive store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Ensure compliance with policies and deliver high standards of customer service and community engagement.
• Promote a culture of belonging and inclusion, and recruit and develop talent to meet staffing needs.
