Walmart Inc. in Palmetto, FL is seeking a dynamic leader to supervise and develop hourly associates, hiring, training, mentoring, and assigning duties while promoting a belonging mindset and exceptional customer service.

This role drives store performance by managing budgets, merchandising, inventory, and staff development, while aligning with Walmart's values and open-door policy to foster teamwork, integrity, and continuous improvement.

Competenze

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, firearms-specific background checks may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments.
