Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching and listening to associates, touring stores and providing feedback.
• Drives store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates through hiring, training and mentoring.
• Ensures compliance with company policies, supports mission values and ethics, and promotes a culture of belonging.
