• Leads and develops teams effectively by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates, touring stores, providing feedback and communicating store operations.
• Drives customer service excellence by modeling and demonstrating Walmart's One Best Way (OBW) service model and addressing customer needs and issues.
• Oversees store performance by reviewing profit and loss statements, budgeting, forecasting, controlling expenses, and ensuring optimal merchandising and inventory flow.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, hiring, training, mentoring, setting clear expectations, and promoting a culture of belonging.
• Ensures compliance with company policies, Open Door Policy, ethics, and integrity while executing business processes and improving operations.
• Fosters teamwork, collaboration, and continuous learning while building relationships with stakeholders to achieve growth and goals.
