• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete trainings and assessments (e.g., Open Door, Academy).

Responsibilities

• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, and recognizing performance.
• Promotes a belonging mindset and ensures customer service standards.
• Drives store operations, budgeting, forecasting, and inventory processes in alignment with company goals.
