Qualifikationen

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, I acknowledge that the position for which I am applying will require successful completion of a firearms- specific CBC and Firearms Authorized Training.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).

Aufgaben

• Supervise and develop hourly associates by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, and promoting a belonging mindset.
• Lead store operations by coordinating activities, communicating goals, and driving business initiatives.
• Ensure customer service standards and resolve issues using the OBW service model.
• Monitor P&L, budgeting and expenses, manage inventory and shrink, and implement action plans to meet sales targets.
• Promote integrity and a culture of belonging, accountability, and continuous improvement.
