Miniso in Cherry Hill, NJ seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving store performance.

You will coach team members, maintain merchandising and visual standards, manage inventory, recruit and train staff, and work with Loss Prevention to reduce shrink. A flexible schedule and travel between locations are required, with 1+ years in retail management.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail management.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to relocate or manage additional stores as needed.
• Ability to travel between locations.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily store operations in collaboration with Store Manager.
• Coach and mentor Shift Leads and Sales Associates to meet targets.
• Maintain and enforce merchandising, inventory, and loss‑prevention standards.
• Drive sales through customer engagement and loyalty programs.
• Recruit, train, and schedule store staff; manage administrative tasks.
• Ensure strict adherence to store policies and procedures.
