Miniso in Paramus, New Jersey is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations and to coach a dynamic team of Shift Leads and Sales Associates. Qualifications

Responsibilities

Assist Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and coaching a team of Shift Leads and Sales Associates.
Drive customer engagement and loyalty through the membership program and high-quality service.
Maintain merchandising standards and adhere to operational procedures to achieve sales goals.
Assist in inventory management, shipments, damages, returns, and supplies handling.
Support recruitment, training, scheduling, and retention of staff.
Ensure strict adherence to Miniso policies and visual merchandising guidelines.
