Job summary

Miniso is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, coach a team of Shift Leads and Sales Associates, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will help maintain merchandising standards, execute SOPs, and implement strategies to achieve sales and productivity goals.

You will drive loyalty through the membership program, mentor trainees, and assist in talent recruitment, scheduling, and inventory control to minimize shrink and maximize store performance.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail management.
• High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in daily operations and store performance.
• Coach Shift Leads and Sales Associates to deliver outstanding service.
• Maintain merchandising standards and adherence to procedures.
• Drive memberships and loyalty program sign-ups to boost retention.
• Assist with recruiting, training, and staff scheduling.
