Miniso in Jersey City, NJ is seeking a Store Manager to lead a vibrant team and deliver world-class service. You will own day-to-day operations, drive sales, optimize inventory, and promote the membership program while maintaining merchandising standards.

Formación

• 3+ years of retail management experience.
• Relocate or travel between stores as needed.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and sales focus.

• Lead a store team including the Assistant Store Manager, Shift Leads, and Sales Associates.
• Promote Miniso mission and values in daily work.
• Ensure seamless store execution and outstanding customer service.
• Drive sales through training, mentoring, and performance feedback.
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent.
• Manage labor, inventory, and membership program promotion.
• Maintain store standards, cash handling, and safety.
