Miniso is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, coaching the team, and driving sales performance. You will uphold merchandising standards, customer service excellence, and store policies across shifts, while promoting the membership program to grow loyalty and retention.

The role requires flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays, with potential travel between locations. Prior retail management experience is essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail management with a track record of leading teams.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and customer management skills.
• Willingness to relocate or manage additional stores as needed.
• Ability to travel between locations.

Responsabilités

• Assist Store Manager in daily operations and drive store performance.
• Coach and mentor Shift Leads and Sales Associates.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain merchandising standards.
• Lead inventory management, shipments, and loss prevention efforts.
• Support recruitment, training, staffing, and retention.
• Manage cash handling and ensure compliance with procedures.
