Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic store team, including the Assistant Store Manager, Shift Leads, and Sales Associates.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and uphold merchandising standards.
• Manage labor, inventory, and promote the membership program.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop store staff.
• Ensure cash-handling procedures and SOP adherence.
• Coordinate with Area/District Manager and HR on performance matters.
• Drive store profitability and maintain a clean, inviting environment.
