Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona in Kingman, AZ is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily sales-floor operations, support donor service, and supervise team members for strong customer experiences.

You will drive sales goals, manage payroll to budget, and coordinate with community partners. Some travel to GCNA locations and training may be required. Starting pay is $47,000 with a monthly bonus up to $1,000.

Qualifications

• One-year work experience in Retail Management required.
• One-year customer service experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the sales floor and donor service.
• Monitor payroll and operating costs to stay budgeted.
• Develop team performance and conduct coaching and reviews.
• Ensure store cleanliness and reflect Goodwill brand.
• Partner with communities to promote the mission.
