Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona seeks a Store Manager to lead daily sales floor operations in Kingman, AZ. This role focuses on driving store performance, customer service, and team development within budget guidelines.

The position offers a starting pay of $47,000 annually plus a monthly bonus up to $1,000 based on performance goals. Travel to other GCNA locations may be required.

Qualifications

• One year of work experience in Retail Management.
• One year of customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Leads the day-to-day operations of the sales floor and store operations.
• Manages payroll and operating costs within budget.
• Delivers excellent customer service to donors and customers and de-escalates issues when needed.
• Trains and develops store team members and acts as key holder/backup to Store Manager.
