Responsibilities

• Lead in-store expert for the department and brand standards.
• Hire and interview teammates to build a strong team.
• Coach and develop teammates; teach the why behind tasks.
• Ensure merchandising and presentation standards are met daily.
• Provide training and onboarding for new teammates.
• Plan 30 days ahead with store leadership; execute game plans.
