PHOENIX Retail, LLC, operating the Express brand, is seeking an Associate Manager for the Bridgewater Commons store in New Jersey. You will support the store manager in operations, recruiting, training, and driving sales while ensuring an exceptional in-store experience for customers.

The role requires 3–5 years of retail leadership experience, proficiency with iPad and POS systems, and availability including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or Equivalent.
• Years of Experience: 3-5 of relevant job experience.
• Proficient in use of technology (iPad, registers).
• Meets defined availability criteria, including nights, weekends and non-business hours.
• Meets physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Coach, train, recognize and manage performance for store associates up to Sales Leaders.
