PHOENIX Retail, LLC is seeking a Retail Sales Leader to join Express at Bridgewater Commons. This role focuses on driving store operations, coaching associates, and delivering a superior customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead daily store operations, support product launches, and ensure exemplary service while collaborating with management and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience.
• Proficiency with iPad and point-of-sale registers.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and non-business hours.
• Physical ability to perform store duties.

Responsibilities

• Drive on-floor and stockroom operations and coach associates.
• Develop and motivate associates to maximize sales.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching for floor operations and customer service.
• Partner with Store Management to review performance.
• Train associates on store operations, product, policy, and procedures.
• Execute daily store operations and scheduling.
• Ensure customer experience with appropriate coverage.
• Oversee checkout experience and merchandise flow.
• Monitor customer service and analyze performance.
• Lead with product launches, window changes, and visual standards.
