Windsor Fashions is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Baltimore, MD store. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, manage payroll and expenses, and coach a team of up to 25 Stylists to deliver a top-tier Oasis experience for customers.

This role requires at least 1 year of retail management, a reliable schedule including opening/closing shifts, and a commitment to Windsor policies. A strong leader who motivates others will thrive here and help maintain our visual standards and

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• Ability to coach and develop a team of up to 25 employees.
• Excellent communication skills in group and one-on-one settings.
• Flexible, reliable schedule including opening/closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as part of the sales-directing team.
• Help recruit and onboard talent for store teams.
• Plan and organize daily store operations on the sales floor.
• Lead and train stylists, fostering continuous improvement.
• Uphold Windsor policies and standards.
• Support merchandising execution and store presentation.
• Promote Windsor values and a culture of respect and ownership.
