Windsor Fashions is seeking a full-time Store Manager for our Towson, MD location. You will drive daily operations, sales performance and client experience while leading a team of Co-Managers, Assistants and Stylists. Maintain visual standards and ensure inventory and payroll controls support profitability.

You will hire, train and coach staff, foster a best-in-class Oasis customer journey, and uphold Windsor’s service and loss prevention protocols in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Sales-driven leadership with KPI ownership and omni-channel customer experience.
• Strong talent development and onboarding to build a high performing team.
• Proven ability to optimize store operations, schedule, payroll and expenses.
