Job summary

Windsor Fashions is seeking a full-time Store Manager at 17 National Harbor, MD 20745 to drive sales and store performance. You will lead daily operations, manage a team of Co-Managers, Assistant Managers and Stylists, uphold visual standards, control payroll and expenses, and deliver an omni-channel Oasis experience for every customer.

You will recruit and develop talent, monitor KPI metrics, and ensure loss prevention and safety procedures are followed, all while maintaining Windsor’s service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent not required; high school diploma accepted.
• Experience leading store teams and driving sales and KPIs.
• Ability to manage payroll, scheduling and visual standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and profitability through effective leadership.
• Hire, coach and develop Co-Managers, Assistants and Stylists.
• Maintain visual standards and Windsor Merchandising Directive.
• Analyze KPI data and translate into actionable team behaviors.
• Ensure loss prevention and safety procedures are followed.
