Job summary

Windsor Fashions LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a fashion-forward team on the sales floor and partner with the Store Manager to achieve store goals. You will drive sales, manage payroll and expenses, and ensure a seamless omni-channel Oasis experience for customers.

You will recruit, onboard, and coach a team of Stylists, fostering growth and retention while maintaining Windsor’s Visual Guidelines and merchandising standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• Proven leadership with ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees.
• Strong communication skills in group and one-on-one settings.
• Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement.
• Flexible, reliable schedule including opening and closing the store.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and oversee daily operations on the sales floor.
• Supervise and conduct training with the team in partnership with the Store Manager.
• Maintain Windsor Merchandising Directive and Visual Guidelines in the store.
• Foster a culture of respect, accountability, and ongoing coaching.
• Coordinate onboarding and talent development to build a strong pool of associates.
