Windsor Fashions LLC in Towson, MD seeks a full-time Store Manager to drive daily operations and store profitability. You will hire, lead and develop a team of Co-Managers, Assistant Managers and Stylists while maintaining visual standards and guest service excellence.

You will analyze KPI data to shape behavior, optimize payroll and inventory, and deliver a seamless omni-channel Oasis experience to every customer. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• Proven leadership experience and ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees.
• Strong communication skills in group and one-on-one settings.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by managing daily operations and visual standards.
• Lead and develop a team of Co-Managers, Assistant Managers and Stylists.
• Analyze KPI reporting and translate into actionable goals.
• Ensure an omni-channel Oasis experience for customers.
