Job summary

Windsor Fashions in Milpitas, CA is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team. You will support the Store Manager in driving sales, managing payroll and expenses, and coaching a team of stylists to deliver the Windsor Oasis experience.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of retail management, strong leadership, and excellent communication. You will open and close the store, maintain brand standards, and uphold Windsor policies while delivering outstanding customer

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• Proven leadership experience managing up to 25 employees.
• Strong communication and problem-solving with customers.
• Flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and create an omni-channel Oasis experience.
• Lead store operations and daily tasks.
• Recruit and onboard talent to maintain a strong team.
• Coach and motivate a team of stylists and foster professional growth.
