Job summary

Windsor Fashions in Annapolis, MD is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead our store team and deliver an Oasis of shopping excellence. You will drive sales, manage payroll and expenses in partnership with the Store Manager, and motivate a high-performing team of Stylists to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will recruit, onboard, and retain top talent, oversee daily operations, and uphold Windsor policies while modeling integrity and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience and leadership of a team.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.
• Ability to open/close the store and manage daily operations.
• Focus on brand standards and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and store productivity as part of the leadership team.
• Coach and motivate a team of up to 25 employees.
• Ensure Windsor Visual Guidelines and merchandising directives are followed.
