Job summary

Windsor Fashions in Buffalo, NY is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a team of up to 25 Stylists and drive store performance. You will partner with the Store Manager to plan, coach, and execute sales initiatives while delivering an omni-channel Oasis experience for customers.

You will foster talent, participate in onboarding, and uphold Windsor's merchandising directives and Visual Guidelines. Flexibility with hours including opening/closing is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail management experience is required.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to coach and motivate a team of up to 25 employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations on the sales floor and drive daily sales targets.
• Partner with the Store Manager to recruit, train, and develop the team.
• Ensure store presentation, customer service, and Windsor policies are upheld.
