AT&T in Grapevine, TX is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to help lead store operations, drive sales, and coach a team of retail sales consultants. You will partner with the store manager on merchandising, launches, and achieving sales targets while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology and AT&T mobility systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations in partnership with the store manager.
• Assist with merchandising and product launches and help meet/exceed sales objectives.
• Provide customers with an extraordinary experience across AT&T products and services.
• Conduct outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events.
• Coach and develop a team of retail sales consultants to hit sales and service goals.
