Responsibilities

• Talent management: interviewing, hiring decisions, and developing team.
• Own daily numbers and store commitments; lead by example on the floor.
• Run store operations: staffing, financial and sales data, cash handling, compliance.
• Monitor inventory and maintain store appearance to ensure great guest experiences.
• Lead store opening/closing; communicate goals and plan with the team.
