Job summary

Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a sales team and craft an outstanding in-store customer experience at one of our Verizon retail locations. You will drive sales targets, manage daily operations, and mentor associates to deliver top service.

You will coach and motivate the team, set and communicate daily/weekly goals, and ensure store performance aligns with company standards and brand expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales or leadership role in retail or wireless industries is preferred.
• Ability to motivate and develop a high performing team.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a store sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Oversee daily operations, including staffing, merchandising, and store flow.
• Ensure outstanding customer experiences and resolve issues on the sales floor.
• Analyze sales data and training needs to improve performance.
• Support in hiring, onboarding, and training new team members.
