Job summary

Columbia Sportswear Company in Mercedes, TX is seeking a Retail Supervisor to join the Store Leadership Team. You will lead diverse associate-level staff in an assigned area, driving effective store operations and memorable customer experiences.

As a member of the leadership team, you will coach, train, and guide team members, uphold company values, and ensure procedures are followed to support the customer experience and profitability.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in retail supervision.
• Experience operating a POS system and in-store systems.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day work of associate staff.
• Provide training and coaching to team members to ensure efficient operations.
• Supervise department profitability by managing inventory and processing tasks.
• Maintain store culture through teamwork and leadership by example.
• Collaborate with the store leadership team on policies, procedures and standards.
• Ensure adherence to procedures and quality standards and resolve issues.
