• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to relocate or manage additional stores as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in daily operations and driving store performance.
• Coach and develop Shift Leads and Sales Associates.
• Maintain visual merchandising and operational standards.
• Promote membership program to build loyalty and increase sales.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and retain store staff.
• Manage inventory, shipments, damages and returns.
• Ensure cash handling follows SOPs and maintains a safe store.
• Communicate feedback and insights to improve growth.
• Collaborate with Loss Prevention to address shrink.
• Travel between locations as required.
