Qualifications

• Ability to perform basic math calculations, including percentages.

Responsibilities

• Monitor sales activity and provide guidance to associates to deliver excellent customer service.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and development of store associates; support staffing efforts.
• Maintain a safe, organized store environment and ensure loss prevention standards are followed.
• Supervise and coach store team in sales, cash handling, and customer service.
