• Assist with inventory control, transactions, and shrink prevention.
• Ensure compliance with Citi Trends policies and standards.
• Supervise and support store associates in sales, inventory, cash handling, and customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with hiring, onboarding, and training activities.
• Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance guidance to staff.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and customer-focused store environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support store needs.
