You will work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales performance, maintain operational excellence, and ensure excellent customer experiences. A strong leadership mindset and flexibility for scheduling are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of experience as an Assistant Manager or similar retail leadership role.
• 3–5 years of overall retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and people leadership skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities
