Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Store Manager or equivalent retail leadership role.
• 5–7 years of overall retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and people leadership skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations, including percentages.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations to meet sales goals, profitability, and customer experience standards.
• Monitor sales performance and take actions to drive results.
• Maintain financial controls, payroll management, shrink control, and operating expenses.
• Ensure proper inventory controls and compliance with shrink Prevention standards.
• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, coach, and, when necessary, terminate associates per policies.
• Direct and supervise associates in sales, inventory, cash handling, and customer service.
