Job summary

United Pacific operates at an assigned store location and strives to run a safe, customer-focused, and profitable operation. You will learn to operate a cash register, assist in daily store tasks, and help safeguard inventory and currency to prevent theft and shrinkage.

The role emphasizes the ability to work independently, communicate effectively in English, and adapt to varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written.
• Ability to work alone in the store for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to provide proof of authorization to work in the United States if hired.
• Be able to work irregular shifts, including weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 8 hours.
• Be physically able to lift, push, pull a minimum of 20 lbs.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 20 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes of workday.
• Significant amount of work is indoors with occasional outdoor periods.
• Capable of working in small spaces at times.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily store operations and cash handling.
• Provide friendly customer service and help resolve inquiries.
• Support merchandising, stocking, and inventory control.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards.
• Report to Store Manager and follow company policies.
