Pacsun is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading a customer-focused, sales-driven store in California. You will motivate associates, drive top-line results, and ensure adherence to policies and store standards.

The role emphasizes coaching, daily operations, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while maintaining merchandise standards and team engagement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Effective written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coach others.
• Proficiency in math and good computer skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead a customer-focused store environment and ensure a positive, authentic customer experience.
• Assist Store Manager in driving sales and store performance.
• Coach and provide feedback to Sales Associates on performance.
