Job summary

Amazing Intimate Essentials Hartford is seeking a Retail Store Leader to drive sales, coach a team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences on-site in Hartford, CT. You’ll lead by example on the sales floor, manage daily operations, open/close procedures, and support on-going staff development.

This role partners with your Field Leader to align staffing, coaching, and execution of promotional initiatives to meet performance goals.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience with demonstrated success in customer service, sales execution, and daily store operations.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain accountability for assigned responsibilities.
• Comfort working in an adult intimate wellness retail environment and discussing products professionally and respectfully.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example through proactive customer engagement and personalized product recommendations.
• Create an inclusive, welcoming environment for customers exploring our products.
• Drive daily sales performance through effective selling techniques and product knowledge.
• Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing, POS transactions, cash handling, and deposits.
• Provide hands-on leadership and coaching to Sales Associates, communicating staffing needs to Field Leader.
