Job summary

Amazing Intimate Essentials in Medford, MA is seeking a Retail Store Leader to drive sales, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and lead a hands-on team on the sales floor.

In this full-time, on-site role, you will coach Sales Associates, oversee daily operations, and partner with your Field Leader to meet revenue goals while maintaining a welcoming, inclusive store environment.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience with demonstrated success in customer service, sales execution, and daily store operations.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain accountability for assigned responsibilities.
• Comfort working in an adult intimate wellness retail environment and discussing products professionally and respectfully.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor through proactive customer engagement and product recommendations.
• Provide hands-on leadership and real-time coaching to Sales Associates.
• Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing, POS, cash handling, and deposits.
• Support onboarding, product knowledge training, and ongoing employee development.
• Reinforce company expectations for customer service, sales, reliability, and professionalism.
