Amazing Intimate Essentials in Medford, MA is seeking a Retail Store Leader who will coach a team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences on the shop floor. This full‑time, on‑site role combines hands‑on leadership with daily operations to ensure clean, organized displays and reliable service.

You will partner with the Field Leader, manage opening/closing, training, performance, and staffing while upholding our inclusive, judgment‑free environment.

• Experience in retail leadership and customer service.
