Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead daily operations and a team of donations attendants, supervisors, and associates. You will drive store performance, control payroll and expenses, and ensure excellent donor and customer service.

This role requires retail management experience, strong people skills, and the ability to develop staff through coaching and training.

Qualifications

• Two years retail management experience.
• One-year customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR.
• Able to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes retail operations plan to hit income and production targets.
• Leads store team including assistants, production, and donation attendants.
• Controls payroll and operating costs to stay on budget.
• Ensures excellent donor and customer service and store appearance.
