Qualifications

• Ability to analyze reports, conduct inventory control, and manage cash control.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, onboarding and training of store staff.
• Ensure store is clean, stocked and presented to company standards.
• Schedule employees to maximize customer service and efficiency.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Oversee financials including sales, margins and cash handling.
