Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff in equipment and processes.
• Ability to use a computer for reports, inventory and cash control.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to provide excellent customer service.
• Manage site image, stocking and pricing to Company standards.
• Schedule employees within guidelines to maximize service.
• Develop relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints.
• Train staff on safety procedures and ensure safety awareness.
• Communicate with team through regular meetings and updates.
• Organize files and ensure accurate reporting and poster compliance.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits.
