Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff in equipment and processes as described in CSR/ASM job descriptions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to use a computer for reports, inventory and cash control.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to deliver excellent customer service and maintain store appearance.
• Develop tasks, schedule staff and ensure compliance with company standards and safety.
• Foster positive relationships with suppliers and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Train employees on safety procedures and promote safety awareness.
